四条钢化玻璃生产线，其中三条从著名的芬兰公司引进，一条从德国引进。均采用专利专用的热平衡系统加热方式，在镀膜玻璃钢化玻璃变形的控制技术上具有明显特色，使幕墙是用的镜面效果更佳。与普通钢化、半钢化技术相比，采用该专利技术生产的产品在玻璃强度、抗热冲击、安全稳定性方面有明显提高。规格最大可达：2440×4800mm，最小100×250mm，厚度3-19mm。其中3mm、4mm产品，尤为适用家电、电子和家具类产品使用。
Tempared/heat strengthened glass
The four tempered glass production lines, among which three lines introduced from the famous company in Finland, the other one from Germany, adopt the heat balance patented technology which features apparently in deformation control and tempering of reflective glass. Compared with common tempering and heat strengthening, this patented technology increases a lot in performances of glass strength, heat compact and safety. The maximum glass size reaches 2400×4800mm, the minimum 19mm of which the 3mm and the 4mm are mostly applied in field of household appliances, electronics and furniture. |
